Plymouth Cheese Factory in Plymouth, Vermont, is one of the oldest cheese farms in the United States. It was founded by John Coolidge, father of President Calvin Coolidge, the 30th President of the United States. They produce artisanal raw cow’s milk cheeses with milk from a single local herd, whose quality they continually monitor.
